Going to be a textbook case for future training on how not to run a press conference this one.

"Proud to be here"
"Our sponsors are real happy with what we are doing" but they don't want the visual of them behind us today.

Got to wonder if Collingwood deep state elites did this to unseat ED the Head and destroy any chance of his cronies protecting him from the wrath of the AFL being dragged into court by the big H, which will cost a small nations income in out of court settlements.

Sorry Ed, there's already clubs leading the way on these issues! Maybe you should follow their lead and learn a thing or two from them when it comes to tackling racism and empowering the indigenous and all other cultures.

Being serious for a moment , how could you possibly think that with a leaked report about systemic racism at your club would be an appropriate time to wheel out a press conference to say how proud you are of the report...:just can not grasp why Eddie thought he could spin it that way

Collingwood is not the only club where this has occurred, we are the first to acknowledge it. Would have happened at the majority of AFL and NRL clubs.

How many other clubs have ex players taking them to court over systemic racism?

Stop being an Eddie and deflecting the facts that we know with 'fake news' you are making up.

Who the fu** is Collingwood’s PR advisor. Aside from the actual realities of the last few months, they couldn’t have played them any less brainless. The stupidity in their hopeless spin attempts is laughable.
what a chance for kayleigh and her folder to get a new gig

Think you'll find a lot of other clubs have already acknowledged it and have taken steps to correct it.
All without a former player taking the club to court over their inaction to improve

And I thought the mid-season, post-camp press conference featuring the now sacked Brett Burton was a trainwreck and unable to be topped as the worst AFL press conference of all time...
