I thought maybe it was iffy to give out, then when sherrif asked me to delete the image link and just PM ppl i thought "fair enuf"...

Yeah I thought the same thing but it wouldn't be too hard to get a hold of that sort of information, especially time trials and such.

As for what particular players can deadlift/bench etc, a lot of that comes down to the individual and the way the go about their training, their natural body/DNA and their position on the ground etc.

I highly doubt that any senior coach/playing group would alter anything they are currently doing based on what an opposition player can deadlift/squat/whatever anyway. If midfielders start benching more off a 145 Dane Swan bench, then so be it imo. Wouldn't worry too much

Impressed with Swan and Dawes. Dawes 4th in 2km time trial and 3rd in 5x300m sprints for a big man. Also didn't realise Blair had a great engine.
