This. Patella tendons are seriously nasty injuries.

Saying JOM is a gun and people have just forgotten, is like saying Dane Swan is a Brownlow medalist and we should chase him despite his injury.
That's a reasonable summation.
JOM is young is the only difference with Swan ofcourse.
But this two years patella is a huge huge risk.

top 5 Clanger King. He is totally replaceable midfielder that may play one good game in 4 or 5 games then get suspended or injured
Fellow comedian, what are you thinking? Taylor Adams is a required player at Collingwood. He will not be leaving the club, we only brought him in a few years ago, I agree, I'd actually put him in Top 3 most important on the list. Not only is he a reasonable player, his commitment and leadership alone gets all the boys up and about playing good footy.

The article on cloke says: "Industry sources said today the premiership goalkicker would be worth a third-round draft pick."

i wouldn't be trading him for a third round pick. Be quite happy to keep him on out list. They also say we would pay some of his wage. I find it really odd we would take a low pick and pay part of his wage. He is contracted, surely we ask for more!
We can ask for a bit, susswho really wants him.

After reading some of that prognosis of the patella tendon issue, that JOM might just have, that is a terrible career outlook. He'd need a thorough check to sign off on anything. Thanks The Royal Sampler.

In saying that, Stevie J bit our arse in 2006. I'd hate to be saying the same thing 10 yeast from now, if JOM went to Essendon or carlton.
If he's lost to the game entirely it would be an awful waste. Potential to be the best mid in the league and finished already... Damn.

Fingers crossed he doesn't go to Carlton as my instant ill will would surely finish him off.
