Um not in 2016, 10 goals from 11 games is his recent relevant form.

Not shooting anyone just saying he isn't that great and he played a decent game against us what 2 years ago which has everyone foaming at the prospect of getting him ignoring the rest of his games.
I wouldn't be totally against getting him nor do I care if we don't enquire about him but you're ignoring the rest of his games by just quoting last years form, which is a tick under a goal a game. Over a 6 year career he's averaging 1.3 goals per game in a rubbish team. I don't recall the game in question 2 years ago. Which game is this ? I see a bit of the Lions up here, because I have little choice, and he's been prominent in quite a lot of games.

Our team could certainly use a small forward who'll kick close to 30 goals. He'd be competing with Broomhead, Fasolo and Elliott but not the worst option if he became a delisted free agent.

Trades board is getting legit funny.

Swans supporters up in arms at my suggestion of pick 44 for Nankervis, their 4th in line ruckman who averages 20 hitouts and 18 disposals in the Mickey Mouse comp that is the NEAFL. These are the same posters that have been insisting that Witts, a second in line ruck who averages 40 hitouts and 16 disposals in the VFL is worth a 3rd-4th rounder at best.

A lot of indignation going on!
Don't bother going there any more. Just Trolls and Fighting on there

Don't know why I thought he was first year... Maybe have blotted this year from memory :D

OK, understand salary-wise but you'd back Greenwood in over Blair surely?
I'd back WHE and Broomhead over both then have Crocker, Brown and Daicos underneath :thumbsu:

FWIW if you were correct on it being his first year I'd be on the same page as you.

I know the circumstances are a little bit different but it really grinds my gears how West Coast bring in a Mitchell and everyone blows their load, Melbourne bring in a Lewis and now they're supposed to be making finals, but Collingwood bring in Wells and all of a sudden we're a retirement village and it's all wrong.

Melbourne have gone down the path of youth too, so how does getting in Lewis make any sense to what they've been building? That's what everyone's saying about our Wells move.

EDIT: Fwiw, good on them for getting him. Stuff Hawthorn. I'm not potting Melbourne, I just don't understand the inconsistency by the media.
Because People Hate Collingwood and Media know Bashing Collingwood = $$$$$$$$$$$$

Don't listen to the Idiots in the Media. Majority of them have No Idea

There was a Collingwood person who had a long back and forth on Twitter with Brett Anderson about the Pies midfield being better....lol.

@pdinakis05 Vince 11 out of a possible 12 Brownlow votes in his four games as a Dee against Pies. He's a better player than TA.

He is a Dee's fan and he sounds like one there and not a Expert

Pendles>Jones, Treloar >Lewis, Adams>Viney, Sidebottom>Vince, Crisp>Brayshaw, De Goey>Petracca, Wills>Oliver.

Not sure what the fuss is about at Melbourne....
Agree with all except Petracca - I reckon he is equal to Treloar, and by end of next year could be better than Pendles.
Let's hope his love for Collingwood eventually sees him in the Black and White - he is potentially an absolute superstar.

I rate him with higher upside than any other young mid in the competition - including Cripps, Shiel, Coniglio, - and he will be better than Fyfe.
Whether he can be better that Gary Ablett is my only uncertainty.

Would love to know our pans.

There seem to be plenty of free agents defenders floating around and we kind of need at least one to tide us over until next year. Any chance we're going to get one at the very least?

We can't go into 2017 with just Reid.
