LOVE that we're getting rid of all the ball-butchers. Brown, Toovey, Macaffer, Gault, Frost, Marsh, Cloke - how the hell did we carry so many bad kicks for so long? Blair and Sinclair are the only truly terrible kicks left on our list (with occasional dishonourable mentions to Williams, Greenwood and Adams).
Sinclair and Adams dont butcher the ball like they used too. People need to realise this, they butcher the ball no more than the average afl footballer, but there early years has convinced some that they still do.

Sinclair in full flight from half back is almost our most damaging player on the day.

Dunn defensively isnt far behind both Brown and Frost, and he is streets ahead of them offensively.

Only part of the trade that i dont like is his age, hes just a few years to old, although if he only intend on using him for one year then having a crack at Steven May or Jackson Trengove im fine with that.

Good polyfilla recruit. Wouldnt have taken him if Brown hadnt left. He'll be good for us for a year or two.

I know Williams is our main butcher, but I would like to keep him and see if he replicates his form from 2015. If he does, everyone will forget about this season. If he doesn't, well there's no loss losing him.

Playing only 10 games is a fringe player, and Brown played through necessity. The days of players such as Brown has passed, but he has been a great servant for our club and wish him well at the Saints. Plus his disposal was average coming out of defence. Dunn is quicker, and can break the lines, plus a very good kick out of D50. Before bagging the guy, wait and see what he delivers next year. If he has a good year, bet you will be one of the first to jump on here and praise him.
And if he lays an egg next year and plays mainly VFL again, I'll bet you won't be coming on here exaggerating his attributes in a vain attempt to rationalize recruiting him either.
