Oh and Mick, dumb coaching mate, seriously theres a point in a game where you should react to what is happening not utter those stupid "we stuck to our game plan, only made a few errors" crap.

Dawes kicked two goals, but really wasn't good enough.

His overhead marking is a huge issue. Plenty of times he didn't even manage to touch the ball when on the lead, it went over his head and was mopped up by a random Brisbane defender. Needs to make a contest.

Either him or Anthony should be dropped, not fussed which. We look far better with just the two big guys.

Thomas played a superb game. Has genuinely stepped up, good on him.

Ben Johnson was very, very poor. Has been good over the past few weeks, but he really does rely entirely on his kicking to be effective. If that's not working for him, he offers absolutely nothing else. His kicking was off tonight big time, and his lack of a right foot hurt us.

Was frustrated at the amount of times a Brisbane player didn't dispose of the ball when tackled and didn't get called on it though.

Just quietly, has there been a player that loves to play us more than Simon Black? Seriously troubles us every time.

well I said it earlier today about how big of a test this game was mental wise fxxk i hate being right, it was an insipid display, only thomas pendles swan and harry in that last quarter could hold their head high.
Johnson cant kick for shit, dawes cant mark a ball unless its lace out on the chest, and cloke & JA well should i start probably not but if an offer from GC comes I wont care, bit harsh I know but thats pathetic tonight, and dont think next week is a win we would be lucky to get within 5 goals with crap like that, we had a chance to go 8 pts up on the dogs and we blew it, and dont blame the umpires on this one.

Hollow. 6 players, 16 passengers. Very disappointing.

Harry, Pendles, Maxwell, Thomas, Jolly, Sidebottom can hold their heads high.

In the 1st half he was turning the ball over and playing loose , in the 2nd half when made accountable had 4 goals kicked on him by a lame fevola who is struggling to run 100m without blowing up.

There is no 'early in the season'. It's just the season. We blew it bigtime.

Yeah we blew it however it was round 10.

There will be peaks and troughs throughout the season and we are now in a trough. We lost against the best and then went in below par against a team that had struggled for some time.

Important to remember though that the season is a marathon and although I'm bitterly disappointed to lose we have 12 weeks to get our game right before finals
