and then we have to back it up in 2 weeks for the carlton game!
You won't need to book a seat for a Carlton game.

BPP, I assume you just have to buy a seat, your membership will pay you to get into the ground.

Its the booking fees that make it so expensive. I had to pay $20 for my seat on Level 2 and $36 for two guest passes. With in that is a $5 booking fee for each seat. What a joke!

I remember the days when it under 2 dollars for me to get in and watch the Dees! Fond memories right there!

Well I don't think there would be many Carlton supporters at the game:rolleyes: You would be able to easliy get a seat on Level 4.

hehe... sad but true... there'll be SOME... i'm going, and i'm sure my whole 'gang' will be going as well... but i guess there is more to Carlton than just us ;) we'll see... we'll see...

yeah i'll have to get a seat for the carlton game coz i'll be sitting level 1.
i got our (mine, mishy's) tickets tonight and they are level 2 because there wasn't enough seats on level 1!

and yeah i agree locker room will be full!

I was really worried about this game being sold out, don;t ask me why, but with the Dons it's always a possibility.

Got my ticket yesterday in Ballarat. I've got a Concession 18 Home & Away Membership, but they gave me a seat Level One, right behind the bench .. so thought OK I'll pay for it, cost 20$ .. but I reckon we will win this, unfortunately I'll probably be stuck amongst Essendon bandwagoners thinking they're at a Man U game

Went to Ticketmaster today and the AFL section (wing, level 1) has sold out as well. Theyve extended it to the forward pockets which are half sold too, so there should be a pretty big turnout.

Anyone still looking for tickets its $36 to reserve a seat and $5.50 for Adult AFL members to reserve a seat. Only sections left are the forward pockets and top deck.

I'll be sitting somewhere on level 4.

well on wednesday afternoon, the whole of level one was sold out except for a few single seats!
we have level 2 tickets, and there wasn't much of them left either!

I did the same. I'm sorry I couldn't be definite earlier in the week so meet-up's could be arranged but I was always going to be doubtful for this game. Maybe next time.

Bet you wish you didn't go mate!

At 1/2 time I was thinking that, but I was quite proud of the boys in the last quarter. Also, I had great seats. Those seats on Level 2 are so comfortable!

Well any of you guys and gals got conned if you are an afl member or a cheer squad member, because all you had to do is show your membership at the ticketmaster at the ground and they issues you an entry ticket for free.....still had to queue, but did not have to pay!

I will seriously consider not attending Colonial when we play Essendon, because I am afraid they are ripping off the public...what a disgrace that you have to pre-book tickets, as membership and tickets are expensive anyway.

I am sure other games at Colonial (other than Essendon) do not incur pre-booking of tickets.....can anyone confirm this pls.!
