Sadly not the traditional bump that it'll be airing this week on tv (boooooo hiss I hear you say).

Just posting a musing after having watched it earlier tonight. I own multiple releases - the 2 disc collectors edition dvd that contains both the edited and directors cuts (the dc has extra seconds of violence that was removed in the UK.... and Australia in the mid 2000s when the original bluray came out), the barebones Australian bluray (the censored version of the film), an imported bluray (directors cut version) AND a digital (itunes) copy.

There's not a whole lot of difference, I guess the bluray versions are slightly cleaner.... but being an older 80s action movie - its one that doesn't essentially take advantage of the format. Having said that I'd love a 4K release one day

Another classic 80’s movie that I would know line for line would be Flash Gordon with Sam Jones.

Not sure about everyone here, but I grew up watching Arnie's early stuff like this and loved it, but it makes me feel pretty bloody old now that I'm older than what Arnie was when he filmed Commando.
