They were talking about a player being in and out of the side.

It appeared to be from early on in the season as well.
Its a midfielder. The screen shot Scotts points to is something that happens in the midfield. Its also someone in and out of team.
Arh okay.
Would have helped if I actually watched the doco.
I intended to watch it but fell asleep

Cunners' name was jumping off the screen demanding a mention, seeing he's won a B&F and helped lead the team to back to back prelims, all while showing elite clearance numbers. Nup
If Cunners can grow his hair into dreadlocks and bleach em blonde this pre-season, next year we will have a leading Brownlow candidate for sure ;)

Almost fell of my chair when I watched On the Couch just before. They showed a graphic on screen of the top 20 picks from the 2009 Draft, highlighting the poor choices many clubs made by not picking Fyfe. Jonathan Brown was asked who the standout players were pre-pick 20. His response?

"Dusty Martin definitely the standout. Oh and Brad Sheppard from the Eagles has really improved this year, so those two are the picks for mine, definitely"

I know the bloke has half a brain left but jesus.
It's cringeworthy to listen to Brown, he has copped so many head knocks that he constantly sounds pissed.

I actually don't care how the media rates Cunners because people that actually have a clue about our game know how good this bloke is.

Just remember its not sexy to talk about North, so that's why he isn't rated.

Gee that footage from the pre-game huddle and then the leadership group meeting was not favorable to Spitz.
Brad says we can tell him (assuming Jacobs) he's got the next 6 games and doesn't have to worry about anything so hopefully he doesn't overthink it. Andrew asks but what can we do to stop him being nervous about being dropped all the time?
Putting it down to stagefright with the film crew following him, but it was hard to watch.

I thought he was good.

The feedback on the main board wss that Swallow was one of the more impressive ones. Got decent airtime as well.

The one that looked the least impressive was Cotchin - he actually admitted he couldn't wait to get home after training and is looking forward to the end of his career!

Phil Davis is a tool and Rockliff is a clown.

Massive respect for Riewoldt, Pav, Boak and Rob Murphy.

Jobe looks mentally drained - no sympathy.

Was watching it last night with my better half. She doesn't particularly like AFL but quite enjoyed the doco. Her insight was "geez, your bloke isn't that good is he?"

Now this is coming from someone who saw a few minutes of footage and doesn't watch the game, so she's purely judging on how he comes across in terms of presence. The stuff in the quarter time huddle was cringeworthy!

Well on Footy Classified there were uncomfortable smirks re someone pulling Fat Hutch up about Nmfc at the Brownlow. Garry had that silly wriggle in the seat and Fat looked sheepish. It was mentioned twice at different segments but no names were mentioned.

^^^ joining the dots could it be Scotts?

Banal show that was originally witty now just a dated relic, TV for the lowest common denominator.
You've described 90% of TV.

From the HS...

A high profile journalist ans senior coach had a heated discussion in the mens bathroom at the post-Brownlow festivities that had onlookers taken aback
Hutch checking his pants I'm guessing if this is true.
