I thought he was good.

The feedback on the main board wss that Swallow was one of the more impressive ones. Got decent airtime as well.

The one that looked the least impressive was Cotchin - he actually admitted he couldn't wait to get home after training and is looking forward to the end of his career!

Phil Davis is a tool and Rockliff is a clown.

Massive respect for Riewoldt, Pav, Boak and Rob Murphy.

Jobe looks mentally drained - no sympathy.
Yeah, Pendlebury, R Murphy and Pav were very impressive, no surprise.

More impressed with Boak and Tex than I expected to be.

Riewoldt more impressive than I kind of wanted him to be given the way he used to carry on on the field, but also no surprise. He's maybe starting to grow on me.

Without in any way changing my opinion of the whole * saga, including the fact that senior players should have done a lot more at the time and the fact that it's dragged on is no good reason just to give up or go easy on them, I suspect *jobe comes out looking better than most at that *club and I did feel the vague sensation of something not exactly like but vaguely similar to grudging respect.

Cotchin yeah, a lot less self-assured than I expected, carrying the weight of it a bit less easily.

Both sets of co-captains interesting too - they seemed to fall into a senior-junior setup where McVeigh and Ward seemed the more natural 'real' captain.

Interested in Spitta. In a way because we are the sort of people who follow the pressers and club videos and whatnot, there wasn't a huge amount new or surprising. I thought the meeting where they were discussing Jacobs[1] was interesting. For some reason I didn't really think that "tell him he's got 6 weeks and not to worry" wouldn't actually happen at that level but it does. Consistent with what we see at selection with the MC valuing confidence and continuity. Also a LOT more vocal than I think a lot of this board gives him credit for.

[1]It was so obviously Jacobs. No point even guessing anyone else.

Awesome editing GR!

Nekminit...235 pages and 6 months of BF over analysis as to why he is a good-bad Captain based on 4.32 minutes including zoomed in analysis of the TV in the Match Committee room to determine who unnamed player is, what game it was and why and exactly what he did in the footage.

Who gave Hutchy a whack about his North opinions I am assuming at the Brownlow last night?

Caro gave the whole club a big tick.

Still wondering the goss on what and who said things to Hutch at Brownlow. ...?
What's this? is the rumour that it was someone from our club or a fan?
What is this in relation to?
From the HS...

A high profile journalist ans senior coach had a heated discussion in the mens bathroom at the post-Brownlow festivities that had onlookers taken aback
Well on Footy Classified there were uncomfortable smirks re someone pulling Fat Hutch up about Nmfc at the Brownlow. Garry had that silly wriggle in the seat and Fat looked sheepish. It was mentioned twice at different segments but no names were mentioned.

^^^ joining the dots could it be Scotts?

Purple's Dunny Dust-Up With Bevo!!
Damian Barrett admits to verbal stoush with Bulldogs coach at Brownlow!

Damian Barrett has admitted to having a verbal altercation with Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge in the men’s bathroom at the Brownlow Medal on Monday night!

The Herald Sun published in their ‘Whisper’ section that a ‘high-profile journalist and senior coach had a heated discussion’ that left onlookers ‘taken aback’.

And the Purple-Headed Warrior had to come clean after Chief put him on the spot with some very accurate inside information.

Purple confirmed the stoush concerned his coverage of Dogs defender Michael Talia’s alleged leaking of sensitive game-day information to his brother Daniel at Adelaide before the Bulldogs-Crows elimination final.

Purple admitted it was unusual to have such a conversation in a public forum.

And Chief said there could be more to come from the story!

Almost positive they were talking about LT in the first meeting from that video above.
Smart
In and out of the team
On edge
Overthinking
Worried about impressing the coach

Ben Jacobs. Pre-tag.

I don't think its Basti-LT or Jacobs because Swallow alludes to the fact that 'he' is in and out.

Its a hard slog looking back at the records on Footywire but none of these as far as I can tell were in and out during the first part of the year.

The game they are looking at looks to be Ethiad...maybe the Port or Hawks games?

Jacobs was.

He came in as late inclusion a few times.
