Dunno. A former umpire systematically defrauding their employer feels like a real big check under the carpet moment for the AFL. They would be shitting bricks.must be a slow news day if Chief Footballer Reporter is doing a news piece on a former umpire from last decade that very few would give a toss about
Being so cringe, talking up Hawthorn every opportunity she gets, shitting on North.Don’t know how anyone could dislike this

Agree. And those stats of his in the 2016 GF make it look a bit dodgyDunno. A former umpire systematically defrauding their employer feels like a real big check under the carpet moment for the AFL. They would be shitting bricks.
wasn't the AFL's fault though in this instance, right?Dunno. A former umpire systematically defrauding their employer feels like a real big check under the carpet moment for the AFL. They would be shitting bricks.
Lol some around here take you as a misogynist at the first criticism to any woman or a team of women.Just FYI. I hate Damo and Kane too so I'm not being sexist here.
Obviously not, but any rational party would be sitting there right now wondering: if there was dodgy stuff going on after his time with us... They would be insane to not be considering the possibility and the implications.wasn't the AFL's fault though in this instance, right?
Can confirm.Nat Edwards is so ****ing annoying

In real life she’s even worse.
It’s like I’m talking to her right now.Does. She. Talk. At. You. Like. You. Are. Three. Years. Old?
I am still waiting to read the the umpires who umpired our prelim vs West Coast in 2015 have been arrested for fraud
It is impossible to comprehend or to believe that umpire stats aren't examined with a great deal of scrutiny after each game to assess if there is any degree of imbalance or bias, both in context of the events that caused free kicks to be paid (or not) during the game and in isolation from a purely statistical analysis. There would also be a case for analysis of the deviation in decisions between umpires officiating in the same match.Obviously not, but any rational party would be sitting there right now wondering: if there was dodgy stuff going on after his time with us... I agree with all of that - but it doesn't mean that this shouldn't be a huge wake up call for the AFL.It is impossible to comprehend or to believe that umpire stats aren't examined with a great deal of scrutiny after each game to assess if there is any degree of imbalance or bias, both in context of the events that caused free kicks to be paid (or not) during the game and in isolation from a purely statistical analysis. Not all lop-sided results would be due to erroneous decision making, but equally, not all balanced results would be due to even-handedness.
A lot of money is tied up in media contracts, sponsorships, payments to players and officials, gambling and of course, the capital and expenses involved in hosting games nationwide for half the year. Even the most minor aberration detected in statistical analysis or match-day observations ought to be scrutinised with the utmost diligence.
And any adverse findings ought in no way be hidden from the public.
Oh I'm with you on that, 100%.I agree with all of that - but it doesn't mean that this shouldn't be a huge wake up call for the AFL.
Who the **** said "how dare you!" in that?!?
