Have watched the first ~ 10 episodes in the last 2 days. Great show.....drawn me in more than Modern Family did in the first few episodes i think but isn't as good yet. Had not heard of her before, but i think Gillian Jacobs does a particularly brilliant job as Britta although don't really like the acting of Alison Brie as Anny. Troy and Abed are just hilarious and Chevy Chase's character has some pretty good moments. Liking it alot so far....8-8.5/10.

Wow, wtf. I was just reading the Community thread on another forum I read and I apparently completely missed the side plot about Abed in s02e03 where he meets a pregnant woman and her husband/boyfriend and helps deliver the baby in the background.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

lol yeah, that was one of the big things about that ep was Abed not really doing anything yet having a big side story that we didn't see...but did. Then at the end he's asked "so what did you get up to" and replies "not much". Was very 'Community'.

2nd funniest man in vent moment for mine. Frank from It's always sunny in philadelphia comes in 1st for me .

Enjoyable ep, especially after 2 or 3 sub par ones. Like the little touch at the end on the diorama having a little model of chang looking in to it from the outside.

Absolutely loved the ep, in my top 3. Just so many awesome moments.

The fact that it was a flashback ep with completely new flashbacks.

Chang greasing himself up in an instant to go into the vents!

All The Cape jibes, LOVED Abed flicking Jeff's food off the table. Absolutely lost my shit.

Feels like it's one of those episodes where they would've chucked a TON of hidden stuff into each scene too. Will have to watch it back several times I think just to see if I missed anything.

I usually hate when shows try to use flashbacks but the way they did that was awesome. Great ep.

The paintball double episode will be epic.

**** what an awesome episode. Probably my favourite one. I too hate flashback episodes as they're just lazy, but as usual, Dan Harmon made them awesome!

Also for people who didn't know about the Jeff/Annie reference like me, apparently it was an 'homage' to a fanvid.

In the season one audio commentary, they made a lot of references to the # of 'shippy fan vids for Jeff and Annie (and how at the time they were all rather reliant on one or two key scenes from that season). On the one hand, I'm not sure those sorts of people should be encouraged... on the other hand, I think it's cool that the producers are willing to do so!
