Quality comedy like 2 1/2 Wanks and 2 Broke Hoes capture their attention with cheap laughs that don't make you think. Pretty much any TV Show that makes people think in the US has had limited audience numbers. Highbrow is not for them.

Still working my way thorugh season 2 on DVD...so hard to resist the urge to binge and splurge through them.

Had a triple shot yesterday of Asian Population Studies, Celeb Pharmacology, & Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. Holy ******* LOL. Abed as dungeon master, Annie's neighbourhood/adult shop, Britta's nephew....so much win.

Theo Huxtable brilliantly cast as Shirly's ex husband.

Don't know if anyone else noticed but after the 8 bit episode and Troy and Abed find the baby on the desk (after Abed has a baby in the game) when the woman takes the baby away it sounds like the baby says, "cool, cool, cool".

Love the little subtleties in the show!!

I got it on the 2nd watch. I think I'll be rewatching the 3 episodes all night long!

8-Bit episode was awesome, but I think a few people mightn't agree unfortunately.
Chang Dynasty was my least favourite of the three but still a good one. It reminded me of the chicken mafia one.
Last one, amazing. The end montage was mint and a great way to round off the season.

Loved that the few nuggets that they've possibly set up for next season; Starburns is still alive, City College Dean is planning an attack, Jeff is searching for his father. Glad it's coming for at least one more year!
This was as good as a season finale a half-hour comedy show has had, IMO. The payoffs on the Jeff and Troy arcs were more satisfying than I had anticipated. I always assumed Jeff would make some big speech about friendship and helping people and how he would rather stay at Greendale than go back to being a lawyer- it wasn't that bad either.
Ontop of it all, all three episodes were funny - the 8-bit/Pokemon had them all beat, 'though (Annie and Shirley and the Blacksmith ). The Oceans Eleven/Chang episode was a wee bit weak due to the fact that they've rammed 'Crazy Chang' so far down our throats; he's just not funny anymore.

This season got better and better after the hiatus.l, there were some really great moments. Overall, I would rank them:

This season also confirmed my suspicion that Britta is hotter than Annie.

Caught that too, it cracked me up

I thought the 8-bit ep was the best for laughs but the last ep was good for the storyline. Not that big of a fan of the Chang Dynasty episode.

Loved all 3. Shirley had some zingers in the 8 bit.

Gotta love the Wire style ending montage.


But have heard that Dan Harmon may not be back for the fourth season. Would suck if true.

If he doesn't come back, then I'm glad that he ended with such a ripper of a season. Having said that I definitely want him back.

Probably my favourite scene of the three eps - was actually laughing out loud here.

We are spoilt with Community and Game of Thrones at the moment.
