I got a more "survive in a future fantasy world" vibe which seemed entirely different than the three paintball episodes.

It was a post apocalyptic theme to symbolise Troy leaving was the end of the world for Abed, but it did have the same vibe as the paintballs.

I'm actually kind of glad the Troy-Abed dynamic has been broken up. A lot of the over-the-top silliness of the last few seasons has been because of them.

The back and forth between Britta and Jeff during their plunger fight was easily the highlight of the ep.

This season has been so much better than last year that it's almost unbelievable. Last year, nearly every ep left me unfulfilled but this season has just been awesome. I really hope Chang stays around in the study group too.

That's true. Still, it's somewhat surprising that with so many divisions of Greendale mentioned, the AC school was completely shut out.

In saying that though, if I were Harmon I'd probably try and forget a few things that I introduced during season three too...
