Computer help..

I realise that this isn't WCE related, but some of you know a hell of alot more about where to find stuff on the internet than I do, so hopefully someone can help.

I'm trying to find pic's and things to use on an invitation I have to do for a Christmas function. It's a poolside cocktail party with a kind of jazz theme - there is going to be a 3 piece jazz band playing. The jazz band are more along the lines of party or 'dixieland' jazz rather than real bluesy if that makes any sense.

Where would be the best place to go to find pic's & stuff (like clip art I guess) to add to this invite which will be emailed and/or faxed?

Saw this thread on the BigFooty front page. Anyway I suggest Corbis - http://www.corbis.com for photos. Perhaps also http://www.clip-art.com
Otherwise you can just simply use Google or Yahoo's image search?

Btw, why didn't you post this on the computers board?

Dixieland Jazz
free Dixieland gifs
free gifs
etc

Anything like that. The prob you will have is you're looking for something specific so will find it hard to find on one of those free gif sites. When you find something you want, right click and save as.

Thanks sebastien - there's some great photo's on that site. Certainly worth a look if you're trying to find an actual photo of pretty much anything!
sebastien - next time your looking at Corbis, type 'christmas pool party' in their search option and check out what comes up...... The Queen, Princess Margaret & an old Aunt = the Royal family's idea of a pool party?

Thanks alot bunsen - I did exactly that (god know's why I didn't think of it myself..) and whilst you're right, it is hard because I want something specific, I've found some great things to use if I don't find the exact thing I'm looking for..
