I'm all up for number 16 being allocated by a series of contests.

1) the sliding chest mark - distance is the main factor but the ability to grab a chunk of turf with your teeth will see you score bonus points

2) The point - best point will get the chocolates.  Extension, line and general swagger all high on the list

3) The Hyundai test - fairly self explanatory and a good chance to tie in a sponsor

4) Meat pie competition - who can eat a meat pie that's been heated in a volcano

Finally the winner must commit to playing with socks up for the rest of his career.
