Thought I'd pay kudos to you guys, as well as your team, after the final siren. What a way to open the season, with a comprehensive win... we never had a chance against your side today.

Great job in leading the game wire-to-wire. The Bulldogs came out at us early, and never relented.

What a shame about Chris Grant, though-- and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, as I've been resting up through the weekend, on doctor's orders, while I'm awaiting word any day now on when I'm going to be needing knee surgery of my own (albeit my knee condition is far less serious than that of Mr. Grant).

Even watching the replays of that incident, I'm cringing. I hope for a speedy and complete recovery for him.

Anyways, kudos to the Bulldogs, and to their fans as well. Nice way to start the season...

Just like to reinforce what you idiot said - well done to the dogs, too good on the day. Latest I've heard is Granty's gone for the year which will hurt, not too sure he'll be back which is a bloody shame. Ornament to the game is a cliche that may well have been coined about him, great bloke as well as great footballer.
Good luck for the rest of the year.

Thanks, and on behalf of all other Geelong supporters, we appreciate it.

After being spanked by you guys today, it only gets better for us from here. :)

Good luck this season, and keep up the good work.

I too would like to congratulate the Bulldogs on their win today. Geelong played very poorly and deserved to lose, taking nothing away from how well you guys played. Losing Chris Grant will be a huge blow for you guys which is a shame as he is a star player.

All the best for the rest of the season, see you in round 16.

I must say I am impressed by our Geelong BF colleagues sincere congratulations for the teams effort today and the best wishes they have directed to Chris Grant particularly given I am sure they are disappointed with the loss.

You guys are a class act.
