After watching the replay on foxfooty tonite, just wanna say how impressed i was with the lions banner! every players face on a snakes and ladders board and the great tribute to Blackie on the back.
Didn't see much of the pies one, but It did look like the Lions one was bigger and more interesting, with players faces ect in it.
Also, despite being outnumbered what 4-1? The lions fans could easily be heard and seen through out the game! Great to see so much colour and support in such a loud crowd, especially since the Pies are regarded as having the largest supporter base.
Anyone who went to the game, able to comment on the atmosphere ect? and was the support in the crowd pretty much all pro Pies or was it a lil more like last yr where it was quite even between bombers and lions.

would say the lions held around 35% of the crowd? A large portion of the lion supporters on the 4th teer of Great southern stand didn't have flags so weren't as visible but we were definitely present in numbers between Q14 to Q1 of the Great Southern stand. k5, k6,k7, L2 - L7 of the Northern stand had sizeable Lions support and as per usual, Sections of the ponsford and behind the goals on the southern stand. We came into our own towards the last 5 minutes of the game when we were trying to nudge the lions over
