Wonderful news that Boner boy Caleb Tiller was drafted this morning. Sad for him it was to Carlton.

Good onya Caleb and best wishes for the future. Couldn't happen to a nicer kid. I'm absolutely rapt.

Caleb is a great kid with a massive work ethic and willingness to learn. in 2007 he played in our seniors as a 16 year old and polled a few votes in limited games through the year and starred in our premiership side.

this year he went to the bushrangers and was told hed probably get a couple of games being a bottom age player but only missed a couple of games and that was due to injury. he also played state rep and was named in the best in their last game and was one of their best in the bushies flogging of the stingrays.

He is about 6'3" wiry and quick. He has great hands and great skills and tackles well. just needs to get stronger but that will come with the weights training at the mighty blues.

All at Thornton Football Club are very proud of Caleb and wish him all the best. He is a very hard worker and will become an absolute asset to Carlton, what a shame it wasn't the Mighty Pies though.
