Yep the third quarter was the killer - watching it with a mate we both spat that as soon as Fraser kicked that goal in the square the game was over. You were doing it far too easy and we didn't look close to getting the ball let alone kick enough to pull you back in... and really... you should've been 5 or 6 up at halftime as it was.

Funny how Lica & Burns always seem to lift against the Crows! As I expected we had too many factors going against us this week, combined with the fact that MM would have the Pies fired up after last weeks effort. Way too good on the night & in fact the scoreline flattered us due to your poor kicking. We should never have got within 4 goals in the last 5 mins. Hopefully we will meet you again come September with a few player back though.

Should have been a massacre really. I don't think that is the real Crows. Poor kicking cost the Pies but you have to wonder about the Crows fitness. They are better than that.

Nothing wrong with the Crows' fitness as they have the most goals in junk time. 2 main factors why were flat - WA 6 day travel factor (which you guys don't know anything about ) & picking players with the flu was stupid (Goodwin was bed-ridden on Wednesday & we had a few throwing up in the changerooms at half-time).

Agree Pies should have won by more.

That was easily our worst performance of the year - hopefully it won't be repeated.

Confident we will get back to some decent form next week & into the finals with Stevens, Hart, Stenglein, Ladhams, Welsh & Massie to return in the next couple of weeks.
