don't wanna put the moz on him, only game number 5 I know. but he was marvelous today. he's got the smarts and the guts. had we won today he would have been a shoe-in for the Anzac medal. I see great things for this young man.

it was a Collingwood supporter who said to me today that he plays with the guts of Hardwick and the skills of Misiti. big call I know, but when I see him near the ball I feel confident. I don't feel that way about a few of our players who are in the top 18.

it also counts for a lot when opposition supporters tap you on the shoulder.

he's been good thus far, I'd like to speculate on how good he may be in the future, however based on the 'changes for GCS' thread being locked I'm not allowed to as speculation leads to threads being locked....

got told to absolutely put him in my SC team this year, as he is smart beyond his years and will get the ball AND use it.

kids of his quality are a rare find. seemingly does the right thing every touch.

I could be wrong, but it looked like it was 3 collingwood players, and he just spun out from amongst them and took off with the ball. Sensational!

Although the pressure in front of a massive crowd got to him early, as the game progressed his class and poise was great to watch.

Dare i say it, reminds me a lot of Pendlebury.

Was at the Richmond v Essendon and Essendon v Melbourne games and if you didn't know already Heppel is an absolute gun, can't see anyone else beating him for the rising star
