Full credit to Ken for solving a lot of his big coaching weaknesses over the years. The core gameplan is now pretty good. He now picks the right players for the structure even if it means leaving good players out.

Three questions remain, and they'll all be answered over the next 6 weeks or so. Can he get them to show up every week? Can he make adjustments during a game that isn't going well in time to fix it? Can a Ken Hinkley side go hard enough for long enough in September against top 4 opposition to win a flag?
