So are the umpires wrong, or are the All australian selectors wrong?

Or, the system is wrong. Players from good teams are far less likely to win it because they have other good players stealing their votes. Ie. Stevie J and Selwood, Sloane and Dangerfield (i know they aren't a good team but they have 2 good midfielders) or Boak and Gray.

It's only spat out 3 real anomalies in 20 odd years of brownlows afaik but its not perfect.
