Sportsmen tend to have more girls because high testicular temperatures, caused by frequent sport, favour the girl producing sperms.

Once had a mate who had two daughters and he badly wanted a son.

He played a fair bit of sport, so I told him to pack his pills in ice in the two week lead up to ovulation day.

To my surprise he did, and young Holly is a testament to not believing everything you hear
