Game Day Congratulations to Hawthorn superstar Shaun 'Silk' Burgoyne on his 400th, oh and also apparently there's a football game on today

Jeez when a win almost feels like a loss.

Seriously, every win feels like a loss when you take it to the Port board on BigFooty. Reckon they should have the LifeLine number posted on the top of every game day page.

The day when we win every single game in a season by 20 goals and everyone plays their best game ever week is the day (most of) this board will be genuinely happy.

Just imagine round 22 we win by 19 goals!!! It will be #sackhinkley

*We should sack Hinkley no matter what.

Petracca and Bontempelli both hit the scoreboard. And play for Victorian teams. So clearly 1 and 2 ahead of Wines.

you've conveniently left off the one stat wines has them covered in, and the very thing that umpires clearly look for. clearances.

also, petracca , Oliver and Gawn are gonna split a few votes.

its wines v Bont for the medal atm.

Petracca leads Wines slightly on that front - Boak does as well. All about 90. Bont about 10 behind with a game in hand.

This is cool and all, but people have memories and, you know, eyes.

Take playing poor and winning over playing our best and losing anytime every time. Has the feels that we put the game away and cue in the rack and we're ready to step it up as needed.

Forgettable game but 4 points, onto next week and hopefully building towards getting everything ready to go for finals.

Also as the game was on the line, Hawks opened up a little to attack for the win and we counter punched. Teams flood back and congest us to try and slow us down meaning chances of them winning also diminish.

This all sounds fine in theory, but you actually chew up far more petrol chasing the opposition around when you don't have the ball than you do when you have it.

Bonner's best game ever is still s**t 😉

We really need to try and get Travis Boak to 400. For all the fapping over Burgoyne, Travis has been a truly loyal clubman who stuck solid through our darkest years when he would have been so tempted to go home for the easy life in a winning team, particularly given his family situation. You talk about players who are ornaments to the sport, well this guy represents all that is good and more.

Years of high expectations, hype and promises dealt by Port Adelaide only to be let down time and time again will do that to a supporter base, at this point it’s better to keep the pressure on the club so that they don’t get complacent and repeat past mistakes

10 out of 18 teams have made a GF since Hinkley took the reins.

That we’re obviously in the Brisbane, Carlton, Essendon, Gold Coast, Melbourne, North Melbourne, St Kilda cohort should rankle with the wider supporter base more than does.

All this current love for Bonner reminds me of my Port's greatest whipping boys.

Who else is up there with Jasper & Riley
