I only have 11 main list players coming off contract on my list, so will have to go over the list again.

Certs are Harris, Keath
Stanley and Iles are the no-brainer contract renewals.
Moss is 2012 so he isn't going anywhere.
Tippett, NAblett, possibly Daye, Lock and Patrick still have the last 2 rounds to prove themselves.

I think Daye , Stanlake , Lock will be given there marching arders , Ablett and Patrick would be very nervous.
Liddy has had a good year in the ressies , Moss is highly rated kid.
Coad is a interesting one , had a terrible year with injury , maybe given another year.
Gold Coast news just reported that both Matera and Day are in the process of extending their contracts here. But then again, they called Jacob Gilbee "sam" so who knows if they're trustworthy.![]()

shenanigans!Cant be , West Coast fans said he would be straight back when his contract finishes.
Surely we aren't struggling for cash already, I find this hard to believe as if true we have no chance of re-signing the next group of young guns to come out of contract. And if we are cutting pays to fit in Tippett that should be enough to tell you that it is a mistake to sign him.

Any word on Toy? Talk is he may be headed back home to Melbourne.
After Round 23, Bluey McKenna said he expected Toy to play most of next season in the seniors. That's the last I heard.Any word on Toy? Talk is he may be headed back home to Melbourne.

Apparently Stanley re-signed, and is extending his contract.
Rumour is that he had to take a big hit to his pay, though. As a few others have done, too.
I wonder if this is because we're either making way for a big experienced body, or we're extending young stars early that are now demanding more cash. McKenzie, Bennell, etc.
Great that he wants to stick around though, even on a pay-cut. Hope we can pay him what he deserves. Could be part of his contract that he is paid more later on? Love to see him in the red and gold.![]()
Not saying your kid is a liar, but little rumours can turn into a game of Chinese Whispers at times. Those misconceptions can lead to forums like this, and I can only hope that is one of them. Would hate to think that our club is screwing over someone who has rewarded the club on the field, after they put faith in his ability in the first place a year or so ago.Sadly this is incorrect. My kid knows someone around the club and he has not signed. Club screwing him over.
