Was out of contract at the end of the season, so he's timed his uptick in form well.
Given when he was rumored to have actually signed he's played even better after than before he was signed I reckon

Bit of info here:

Out of contract: Grant Birchall, Kaiden Brand, Shaun Burgoyne, Jon Ceglar, James Frawley, Will Golds, Damon Greaves, Ollie Hanrahan, Ricky Henderson, Harry Jones, Teia Miles, Darren Minchington, David Mirra, Tim Mohr, Marc Pittonet, Paul Puopolo, Ned Reeves, Jackson Ross, Ryan Schoenmakers

Irishman Conor Glass quietly added another season to his contract and will be a Hawk in 2020, while Frawley is close to locking in another one-year deal. ....

Mohr is likely to retire and Mirra is understood to be heading down the same path....

Greaves is closing on a new one-year deal. Hanrahan, Jones, Ross and Reeves will all get new contracts.

Another year for Conor Glass, per the AFL reporters, but not yet confirmed by the club.

Interesting that Ollie wasn't part of that resigning. Perhaps he did get a longer two year deal when he resigned last year.

So Zerohanger is a website that tracks player contracts. It has Hanrahan down as being contracted until the end of 2020. Unfortunately, the club is not always consistent with the information on contract lengths it releases when it announces a re-signing of a player.

I tend to be conservative on contract lengths when the club doesn't publicly announce the length of the extension.

The Hawks drafted Hanrahan in the 2017 rookie draft. I'm not certain of the rules regarding how long a rookie can stay on the rookie list before he needs to be promoted.

Footywire has him down as 2020 but an AFL article December last year had him out of contract

who ever knows these days

Says to me that they plan to promote him. Will effectively be recontracted on draft night.

Im not trying to be a smartie, but any mention of Matt Walker?

Some searches say 2020 (and one says hes on 2 million a season :0)

(Now I'm correcting myself and thinking he and Kosi automatic 2 years from draft 2018)

Good to see some clarity from the club about a number of contracts.

I had assumed that Wingard was signed to the end of 2023 when he joined the club. Turns out he's contracted to the end of 2022. Similarly, I had understood from what was made public that Scrimshaw was signed to the end of 2021, but he's contracted only to the end of 2020.

No word yet from the club on the contracts of Ceglar (who doesn't meet the cut-off of being under 26, as he's 28 years old) and Pittonet (who is an obvious omission from the list, since he's 23 and uncontracted beyond this year, despite rumours of a deal being imminent). Teia Miles' days at the club look to be numbered, as he was not on the list (he's 23 in November).

The list posted by the Hawks omits Conor Glass. Now, it was reported last month by AFL.com.au that Glass had signed a year's extension to his contract, taking him to 2020. So notwithstanding the clarity on a number of contracts, I'm now led to query whether this is accurate.

I would assume both have their reported final years subject to triggers that are not yet met, and as such technically are only contracted to the year prior.

Makes sense.
