Mitch Lewis is great for the limited games he plays because of injury but a contract till 2027 is a bit too much.
We have seen Dear burst onto the scene the kid is quicker and better on the ground and marking than mitch lewis. Lewis has NEVER played a full season he has a injury history like CJ from recent years. If I was to make a decision on Lewis only max 2 years. Every team wants consistency from their group and specific individuals as they are relied on heavily and Lewis can't be that.

A six-year deal (2030) for Josh Battle

The 26-year-old informed St Kilda in August of his wishes to exercise his free agency rights after carefully considering his future at the Saints, with Battle joining Hawthorn on a six-year contract.

Reportedly it is four years to 2028 plus a trigger for 2029 offered for Tom Barrass
he has accepted a four-year deal with a trigger for a fifth at Hawthorn

Wouldn't Jaime Uhr-Henry be on a 3 year deal as our NGA?
Hey mate prefer to use the List Management general discussion thread for general contract chat. Trying to keep this thread succinct with just the public announcement receipts as each contract gets updated. Haven't seen anything about JUH besides this link announcing his signing, but would be surprised if we agreed to take him on that long, usually would only be a year or so like any other rookie.

Confirmation we've signed both JUH and ex-Storm player Matt Hill as Cat B rookies.

No contract length listed so you would assume a year on year contract for the moment, but I'll leave it as unknown until the new year

Karl Amon has hit a games trigger to extend the contract we got him over from Port on from next year to 2027

Amon was due to come out of contract at the end of 2026, at the end of his four-year deal after crossing from Port Adelaide as a free agent. However he has hit a games trigger for a fifth season so is tied to the Hawks until the end of 2027.

According to the HeraldSun app today the article by Jay Clarke and involving David Parkin.

D’Ambrosio is now signed up to 2027.
Still have not seen this officially anywhere.. Usually Hawthorn release something on the website or the announcement becomes more widespread once a contract extension breaks in the media.

EDIT: Have since found at least the Herald Sun article. Still not confirmed by the club, but I'll update the stickied post above on the assumption that it is true

The Hawks had been tracking him since he was taken pick three in the mid-season draft in 2022 and swooped when Essendon only offered him a one-year deal late in 2023.
Hawthorn offered him two years, and has since extended his deal to 2027.
