List Mgmt. Contract Status

Removed delisted and traded players. Moved White to 2013, moved Longmire to 2015.

Obviously some of those listed in 2012 have longer contracts that we are unaware of.

I am starting to think about email the club and asking for the contract status of Kennedy... :S
have a feeling he may be contracted until 2013.

Would of thought if Kennedy signed an extension we would be parading it everywhere :S

Got a fair list of players we need to resign by end of this year most notable are:
Heath Grundy
Daniel Hannebery
Kieren Jack
Lewis Jetta
Alex Johnson
Jed Lamb
Shane Mumford
Luke Parker
Ted Richards
Nick Smith

Underline isn't critical but would like to resign and Redish is ones I feel aren't really a danger of being poached. I can imagine quite a few clubs would be interested in the rest. Should be interesting to see what happens for the rest of this year in regards to contracts

I am reasonably confident the names on that list will all want to stay. I am not sure when his contract is up but the guy i am most worried about leaving is Josh Kennedy.

Until JPK does re-sign we are now going to see lots of speculation linking him to Hawthorn, given the hold put on Buddy's contract talks and the potential salary cap savings for them if Franklin does leave.

And IMO it's their midfield in greatest need of renewal and where they are likely to invest those $$$s.

Surprisingly not too concerned about this. Not a FA and I'm sure many clubs would pay the same as hawks eg Carlton, easeddon, gws, gc, saints, port...

I am not concerned either, I can't see him leaving especially as his (And I will add incredibly attractive) girlfriend is based in Sydney.

He also seems the loyal type and I am not worried in the slightest.

If we can get 4 year deals into Hannebery, Jetta, Johnson, Mumford, Parker and Smith this year at some stage we'll be shaping up pretty well.

I seem to remember we only ended up signing Tippett for 2 years - we had to in order to outbid other teams - and would negotiate early for the other 2 years. Anyone else remember this?
