Has anyone kept up with the free agent list? We would have quite a few players whose contract renewal would be pending post free agency

Ash, Brown, Goose to retire. Staker retire or delisted (injuries have killed him). That is 4 there, I think maybe Weardon, Polka and maybe Crisp might join them. I could maybe see Crisp getting another year, we lack depth and replacing any experience we have with late draft picks is not going to help us unless we can secure decent depth via FA. That is 7 changes, bound to be maybe 1 or 2 more, dont think we should be pushing for more than that. Lisle has value considering all our KPF are going to be super young, so I wouldnt be moving him off just yet, same with Martin, we need some ruck depth still. Bewick is just on the fringe, again, until he is safetly replaced in the best 22, id keep him on, especially with Ash going.
What are Lisle and Martin's current contact size? "IF" they stay surely it will be a 1 year min contract extension?

Expire at the end of this year. I'd be horrified if Martin's was renewed.
This is the list of players whose contracts I have expiring at the end of the season:
Moloney, Crisp, Bewick, McGrath, Martin, Brown, Lisle, Paparone, Raines, Polkinghorne, Lester (although I was informed that he was re-signing), Maguire, Wearden and Michael (who either has to be promoted or delisted).
We will turn over 8-10 players at the end of the season, regardless of contract status.
Seems people are changing their views as the season unfolds.
Emerging BigFooty trend... make a pretty obvious statement and say that you've been "shouted down" for it in the past. Do not under any circumstance support this with evidence.
Isn't it pretty self-explanatory that a new coach is going to make significant list changes in the early days of their tenure? I don't recall anyone vocally "shouting down" such a notion.

Whaaaaaaaaaat? People are starting to make judgements on the back of observing accumulating evidence? What a bunch of buffoons!
This reminds me of creationists saying "LOL AT SCIENCE! They just revised the age of the earth from 4.8 billion to 4.6 billion years. Way to change your story guys! The bible doesn't change its mind!"

I would say a bigger "Emerging BigFooty trend" is people nitpicking peoples post and belittlling them for their own self satisfaction![]()

Emerging? That is one of the founding principles of the BigFooty Constitution.

Especially considering our list profile with a bunch of aging players who aren't likely to be around in 3-4 years and a massive gulf in quality mid-tier talent, and a whole raft of largely untested kids.
