Free kick Dogs, band 2 compensation for losing a VIC STAR PLAYER.
Band 2 would make it end of 1st or after their 2nd?

AFL tweaked the formula so you get points towards comp by contract length unto 5 years.

29 year old on a 4 year contract wouldn't attract band 1 or 2 compo imo.

What's the latest with Warner? If Sydney look likely to miss finals does that mean he might still ask for a trade?
Latest intel (vibes) from journos is the same. Expected to sign on for 2 years.

The best in this space said the same but did say if he hasn’t in 6 weeks time, warning signs will be there. It’s been near 2 weeks since then.

You’d think with the Swans form and his current form, if it’s going to happen it’s probably this week. They probably go in under dogs the next 2 weeks so get rid of some of the noise

What's Campbell chessers trade value? He has stunk up wce for long enough
We'll probably put him and Bailey Williams out the front of AFL House with a sign that says "free to good home"

Why would we want Bont when I have reliable information from my third cousin that his hairdresser told him that her husband heard from her brother that his childhood best friend heard from a secret source that the much younger Nick Daicos wants to come to us?

Bont and Warner added next year would instantly make us respectable, surely a pipe dream though.
Maybe Bont is the "other premiership player" that apparently told Warner he'd be interested in a move west if Warner was heading back home?? Just a thought.

I've never seen Busslinger and know nothing about him so i am not expressing a negative opinion of him.. But my question is if he is worth having then why do the Bulldogs not want to give him a game? Why does the club whose list he is currently on and knows more about him than we do seem to not rate him?

It's a fair question, think I've asked it myself in the past.

Since dogs have "successfully" turned Rory Lobbster into a competent defender there's less of a need to blood him.

Got O'Donnell down there and they tend to run a bit smaller and more flex. I got no idea what Busslinger needs to work on but generally he puts up good VFL numbers.

End of the first round.

Hence, the Free Kick Dogs comment for Bont being a Vic Star leaving a Vic club. Have to look after the VFL teams.

You mean the terrible midfield coaches wce have had since? What the hell is shuey doing anywhere near the mids. He's just about the worst captain we've had.
Shuey would be a great development coach, but as far as the midfield is concerned, he dined out on Nic Nat's silver service for most of his career. He didn't have to try to feed off other ruckmen's taps like our current midfielders do.

No. Mitchell cutting his contract short and pissing off back to Hawthorn.
Now poaching our players.
