He is but Boomer didn't have a 400+ game AFL experienced father to lean on which Cooper now does. Boomer also coaches the AFL u18 academy team so he would be providing plenty of advise to Cooper on everything.

Not sure, i believe the AFL is looking to see if North and Boomer playing home games at the SCG in 1999-2000 qualifies him to be picked up by Sydney as a priority player.
