Yeah maybe. I myself am more interested in the Psychology behind this. Maybe its a hangover from the 2018-19 period. No way this sh*t would've flown in Melbourne 10 or even 5 years a go. But somethings snapped in our collective psych.

As for the rest of the country from a Vic perspective don't even know why your premiers are worried. Sparse population density, warm climate and social dynamics the Black Plague would struggle to spread in. WA baffles me. Your premier has been handed an election by playing to your secessionist crap. Odd. Yet great lifestyle so fair play. Shut down mining thou and see how it flies then.

Handed a election? lol

Bit hard to lose when the opposition leader quits a few months before because they’re gutless and afraid of humiliation and then replaced by a young Liberal with a few years experience and clinging to a 0.8% vote in his own seat from the previous election.

Covid 19 is not something to dismiss and pretend it’s not a threat to Australia’s financial well-being.

If minesites in WA had of all been shut down last year because of an outbreak, the entire country would be screwed by now.

You called us a nutcases and said we are moaning about being ridiculed? The statement comes back on itself pretty quick

I certainly dont think you are a nutcase and I dont think any of us do really. Im not really of the idea that thou who disagrees with me is lesser then me like you are saying. I just kind of think more along the lines of they have a bit of spirituality and life perspective missing. My life experience lends me to a different way of life then you and vice versa I suppose.

Im more worried for you guys in the sense of im concerned about your rose tinted glasses perspective on life and also your fetishising about death. I hope you can overcome it because life will be hard and come at you hard until you move past it

You’re so so brave. A rebel without a clue.

Of course it's a threat to our well being if we keep crapping ourselves.

Don't dismiss it but keep it in perspective.

Too right we'd be screwed if mining died. The rest of the country realises the importance of WA. You keep us afloat. But at the same time you can't go it alone so actually need to cut the crap. You're an isolated state in the middle of nowhere with no population. The structure and systems the rest of the country built allows you to self reflect. But if we said **** it and went along with our own bullshit you'd be equally as stuffed. Good luck enforcing your own agreements without the rest of the continent.

We all need each other. Which is why the feds (won't be Sco Mo) needs to take this shit over and take it out of the Premiers hands.

Its the all in this together concept like a grandma going to get a load of bread in Inglewood could potentially take out the entire Australian mining industry if she does the wrong thing and goes out without a mask that creates the zero perspective

When your wildest assumption is the base of your ideology, you cannot and will not have perspective.

True. But surely this country still has some soul left???

meh.. Been out and about today, walked to the local shopping centre and nobody apart from a few oldies where wearing masks. Most where just wearing them under their chins not even over there mouths. the difference to last years lockdowns compare to now is staggering. I think people are over the compulsory mask mandate and are finally starting to see through the bull crap! Well in my area anyway in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

The trend this time round was vastly different I didn't see much of of the #istandwithdan hashtagers on social media the MSM actually did there job and questioned the viability and necessity of the lockdowns the libs actually come out and held him and his Government accountable and Dan was copping it from plenty of small business owners as he should be. My theory is there was a plan the lock us down for the legal duration of what the planned lockdown time was till the 26th! But thankfully Victorians fought back this current lockdown especially reginal Victoria, (one of the dumbest decisions Dictator Dan did. You don't piss off the country folk in Victoria! Jeff Kennett found that out the hard way.) not as much as I wished but enough that Dan and his stooges realised pretty quickly this time that Victorians ain't that easily bullied as the previous lockdown especially after the bullshit spin he put on the super duppa hyper speed UK strain! He gave us a little back as reward in fighting back not enough for my liking. I guess we can live with compulsory masks however it is imposed by people in the community for another week. (hopefully just another week). But it will be very difficult probably political suicide now if Dan imposes another lockdown with only one or two cases again! it'll have to be another major fu** up like last year I believe and if that occurs he'll be GONE anyway!!
Keep pushing someone around eventually they'll push back! the people of Victoria pushed back! Finally!
Yep the mood of the room was vastly different this time around, i went out most days and i'd say about 80% of people were not bothering with masks including the elderly which surprised me a bit, hell people were even not wearing them in the beach car park when the cops rolled up to have a tea break.

The roads around my area were the other noticeable difference, lockdown 2 they were deserted but this time it was normal transmission and i doubt people were obeying the 5k thing.

As for the no groups rule, i saw multiple groups of 5-6 people and they were mostly the elderly all walking together, mums meeting up at the park while the kids played on the swings all looking like they really couldn't care less who saw them.

Like you said it felt like a slight shift in mood.

A rather strange mandate to have after being reassured the vaccine is guaranteed to be safe & effective by our health officials & politicians.
I'd actually be more concerned that the doctors need to be told by the government to have those things present.

Hmm, so many "coincidences"; I suppose it's possible

Disgusting how none of this is even being mentioned in the msm.

Which just goes to prove how controlled, bought & paid for all of the networks are to keep this swept under the rug.

I just had a browse at Sara's Facebook page & anyone who mentions people need to be warned about the dangers of this shot, A notification will pop & say the shots have been proven to be safe & effective :straining:.
