The Rules Package for the 117th Congress includes a proposal to replace gendered language referring to a representative’s family members with gender-neutral terms, House leaders announced Friday.

Democratic California Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Massachusetts Rep. James McGovern, chairman of the Rules Committee, announced changes to the House rules that will “honor all gender identities” by modifying the pronouns and familial relations references in the rules, the Committee on Rules announced.
The resolution would change “pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender neutral or removes references to gender, as appropriate, to ensure we are inclusive of all Members, Delegates, Resident Commissioners and their families – including those who are nonbinary,” McGovern’s announcement said.


The new rules also change “seamen” to “seafarers,” “chairman” to “chair” and “submit his or her resignation” to “resigns,” according to the resolution.
References to fathers, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives and in-laws would be changed to “parent, child, sibling, spouse, or parent-in-law,” according to the resolution. Extended family members would be referred to as “child’s parent” instead of aunt or uncle, stepparents, and siblings-in-law.

Gladys has caved to political pressure on the mask issue, bit of a shame.

The highest likelihood of non-family transmission is within indoor locations where you're alongside strangers - restaurants and cafes. Ironically, they're the only places you can actually still sit indoors for an hour+ without a mask on.

Apparently they can track your movements with the ticket you've brought if you have travelled recently I guessing with places you've signed in with your phone tracking etc.. maybe. How they would know if anyone you've come in contact with from NSW well I guess they'll have to just rely on honesty.

Bit over the top to say the least, they didn't do it for the cricket and as i said above it's only because of the last couple days they have panicked.

Contact tracing team can't even trace people so AAMI Park sure as hell are not going to be able too.

Reading it, it looks like they are just going to trust people being honest because they refer to the DHHS website so people can check for themselves.

I received Intel on NZ.
Nz navy has been recalled for duty on 10th January with instructions to set sail on Jan 12 bound for England which leaves n.z defenceless.
Shops have been informed to over order stock cause there will a lock down in n.z on 15th January
There also going to start saying bush fires will be bad on t.v in Australia and they will use that as the trigger point to bring in foreign troops.
This was meant to happen in 7 weeks but it's been moved forward now we got 2 weeks.

Just sharing what could possibly be coming soon.
