I really feel sorry for the people of Melbourne who have allowed themselves to be stricken with fear, they like the losers on the GD and SRP boards are going to be mentally distraught come Autumn and Winter when this all kicks off again and they go through it all again like they are now hoping it goes away.

And they all still wear their grotty unwashed pieces of cloth because they were told too, if the government told them it was mandatory to wear it in your car all by yourself, these losers would.

Had to laugh at the SCG ground staff all wearing their masks in the rain, you are not meant to get them wet and if you do you need to change it straight away for a dry clean mask but these fools keep wearing damp masks because that is what they were ordered to do. Society really is stupid.

This would get me lynched but one for the you just wanna kill granny crowd. 7% approx of people 75+ die in any given year. Now given median age of death is above life expectancy and covid accounts for less than a % of these deaths 2 points
By not seeing granny you run the risk of her dying of something else in the meantime 7x more) and
Given the vulnerability of the group and the co morbitites it is no guarantee they would have lived the year out.

Was about to get the guilt trip then responded with saying he believed the lockdown killed his Dad.

Iv'e mentioned before on here that I will have the vaccine.
But I won't have one that has been rushed in from overseas, not from any country.
I'll only have one made in Australia by our medical community, and only when my own
personal doctor tells me it's safe for me to have it. I have a few other medical problems
and i'm sure he'll check it out for me, he's a caring bloke.
But yes, I will only trust an Australian one!

We had a perfectly good pandemic response plan updated as soon as 2019. Why is wasn't implemented I don't know.
Problem with lockdowns is locking down the healthy is based on asymptomatic spread which is unproven.
Couple of points
A virus is not alive. They don't mutate as such. It is basically a strain that replicates in host cells.It can lay dormant on surfaces but does not jump around replicating like The Simpsons episode.
Secondly part of our DNA has evolved from previous viral matter that adapted to the host. Our immune system formed when viruses from one cell tried to destroy one from another.
Point being we are exposed to millions of viruses and bacteria across our lives. Our immune system copes.Where it doesn't is when we are immune compromised and run down or we cop such a large dose it overwhelms our immune defences and we fall sick. ( i.e being in close contact with a bat/lab where the virus leaps).
The notion that an asymptomatic person can run around killing thousands is frankly bullshit imo

I support you if that's your considered decision. I will not take any Covid vaccine for my own reasons. We must have a choice though.

And this is exactly what has happened to many people. My cousin didn't see his 85 year old mum who was in a nursing home for eight weeks due to covid restrictions then she died suddenly from something else. And that's just one example, I could list several more. Still don't know a single person that has tested positive for covid let alone actually sick, hospitalised or died from it.

Australia really doesn't have the culture or living conditions or climate for an explosion
Anyway at its worse the country was running at 700 infections a day. Let's call it 1000. Let's say we did nothing and let this go 6 months (I'll be generous with flu season thats 180000cases. Now let's say again I'll be generous and say death rate is .5 to 1% you have 900to 1800 deaths same as a flu year and that is me been ridiculously over estimating.
2020 we had 800deaths and no flu.

I know anyone who gives it 2mins of thought knows it is a Trojan Horse to push an agenda.
I'm genuinely worried about what is happening.
We will have a social credit score system and permanently increased police tracing powers in no time.
Also covid quarentine/camps/re education gulags would not surprise me.

Was wondering if it was worth my time to have a title look at the SRP thread on corona. I’ve seen the tiniest snippet elsewhere to convince me I don’t need to. Why waste my time arguing with sheep who are still convinced that even though 55+ million people die every year, it’s covid that is running wild and destroying everything. With an average covid death age that falls in line with average life expectancy, it’s hard to believe that the sheep can’t wrap their heads around the fact these people would’ve died of other ailments very soon. But I forgot, we need to preserve life as long as possible. Forget quality of life, forget other ailments such as respiratory disease that cause death, if anyone dies of covid they were destined to live another 10+ action packed, clean bill of health years!

Depending on which stats you read based on registered car users in Australia and car crashes and deaths on the road. I've got as much chance as dieing in a car crash this year as I do from Covid. I'm surprised we haven't banned all cars being on the road to be honest.

You've never seen a virus and you never will.

At best, you'll be given CGI images from an 'electron microscope'.

And even if you take these images as gospel, you won't find any evidence that these little things cause disease.

You also won't find any evidence that they are contagious.
