Not the first time the same person has been used to push the scamdemic.

I wondered when I first saw the English one in a huge line in a car park. This vaccine is supposed to be stored at -80 degrees and there were no freezers in sight at the car park! No Drs to revive you when you have a reaction?

But it's not stopping those in England desperate to get a shot, even though they're saying get the second in 3 months, not the 21 days it was tested at? It's not going to be effective, but who cares?

Oh you have seriously underestimated how many would happily go along with this.

Most of the population barely give a s**t about what goes into their bodies and food as it is. I know people who would jump straight onto the lab meat wagon if it tasted similar to the real product as it doesn't harm animals.

I am definitely no fan of the meat industry but I'm not about to cut myself off of proper meat.

Children dying in Africa?! That's not trending, Corona is. Easy for these people to look like they care when they speak out in favour of "saving lives". Of course, their efforts result in more suffering than otherwise would happen but out of sight, out of mind for them. They did their bit by posting the hashtag!

For vaccines that there is no evidence that any of the vaccines will not stop you getting COVID.

They may be somewhat successful (maybe 50-70% with one dose of AZ vaccine in 3 months which is what is being administered in UK) in inducing antibodies that might last 3 months, but there is no evidence that these antibodies will prevent you from getting COVID-19.

So why are some people unable to mount a good protective T-cell response, especially older people?

The key to this question might be a 10-year-old Danish study led by Carsten Geisler, head of the Department of International Health, Immunology and Microbiology at the University of Copenhagen. Geisler noted that "When a T cell is exposed to a foreign pathogen, it extends a signalling device or 'antenna' known as a vitamin D receptor, with which it searches for vitamin D,", and if there is an inadequate vitamin D level, "they won't even begin to mobilize." In other words, adequate vitamin D is critically important for the activation of T-cells from their inactive naïve state.

The results of the first vitamin D intervention double blind RCT for COVID was published on 29 August by researchers in Córdoba, Spain. This very well conducted study produced spectacular outcomes for the vitamin D group (n=50), virtually eliminating the need for ICU (reducing it by 96%) and eliminating deaths (8% in the n=26 control group). Although this was a small trial, the ICU results are so dramatic that they are statistically highly significant.

In the same way that prior infections protect us against future infections by means of cross-reacting T-cells, overcoming COVID-19 naturally offers potential for greater protection against future coronaviruses. Vaccines have their place but so do our amazingly complex, sophisticated, highly effective immune systems which have evolved over millennia to protect us from a world teeming with trillions of pathogens.

That's been worded very carefully. It seems that certain fields that already require the flu shot (aged care, nurses etc.) will be required to have the COVID jab or risk a fine. This could be changed to extend to retail workers, transport workers, government workers and the like.

The headline is, as usual, somewhat misleading and baiting.

But if the vaccine cannot be relied upon to stop covid from being transmitted, then the vulnerable people that health workers are in contact with can still get covid. So therefore what is the point of fining those who refuse? Its not like you are necessarily protecting others by having the vaccine anyway.

Maybe Australia will back away a bit as there is obviously no emergency to get "emergency authorisation" for the vaccines? None have published Phase Three trials and don't expect to for a couple of years, which is usually only when normal authorisation is given for vaccines.

There are many side effects and deaths being reported, especially of older recipients, that the reporting the drug companies released gave no indication of how widespread and serious they were.

The study used blood donations of 185 subjects, taken before November 2019 and compared with blood taken from 180 convalescent volunteers 3 - 8 weeks after SARS-CoV-2 infection. T-cell epitope screening and standardised antibody evaluation was done on both groups.

100% of the SARS group were found to have T cell response and the intensity of T-cell responses did not correlate with disease severity. Meaning those with mild symptoms or asymptomatic developed a strong memory T Cell immune response. In the SARS group between 3 and 8 weeks after recovery (a negative test or no symptoms) only 84% still had antibodies. Which doesn't matter as it is the development of T cell immunity and cross T cell immunity from normal exposure to common colds that gives the same protection against SARS-CoV-2

In fact, Australia just had its highest slaughter rate in about a year as things are opening up and demand still at a high. Most proteins and cuts are up. Plants are operating at near capacity. Supply chains in the western world have been just fine even with increased demand combined with farming and processing disruption.

I'm aware there is no shortage on meat, My point was they're going to use the virus as the excuse when the supply chain eventually breaks down at some point, Thing's may seem fine at the moment, But a lot of people will be caught out & be unprepared when this time does come & it will happen.

Many crops have been wiped out in a lot of the poorer countries the last 12 months due to plagues of locusts etc, So that will also effect the supply chain.

I hope everything is OK where you are mate, I see it's becoming pretty full on Quebec ?, Similar to what Melbourne had last year by the looks of it.

Thanks. Some tighter restrictions in Ontario and Quebec but no real changes over here. British Columbian numbers are pretty stable. I'm working in the office, kids are still at school and doing sport etc.

T-cell cross immunity has been known about (and widely ignored) for months. No way is our government going to back off from their plan of 'local eradication and wait for a vaccine' and start opening up - it would invalidate everything they've done for the past year and would be political suicide.

They've known about TCell immunity for years but with recent studies showing 60% and now 80% cross immunity from other corona colds and viruses without even being exposed to SARS CoV 2, how can this not inform their plans? It leads to total eradication, just like SARS CoV 1.

All it takes is support from media to change the narrative, and seems Gemma Tognigni and others supported by some local infectious disease experts.

There was a nasty cold that went around Perth this winter, so maybe they can support research in Perth to look at what T cell immunity we already have?
