It could be, But I still believe that's what's being planned for pretty much everyone at some point. It's a dystopian future by the looks of it, If we just look back at everything that's gone down over the past 12 months.

It's just a bit of a feeling I have & I just think what's been going on with the handouts has been a trial run to see how it would be received & to condition as many people as they can with the idea of UBI.
