Best example of this is the UK epidemiolgist that predicted US would have 2 million deaths by the end of 2020. He was off by 1.7 million.

That was Neil Fergusson, he has a history of ridiculous predictions. He thought that the bird flu would kill 200 million people. AFAIK less than 100 people died from bird flu in 2005. He is also another of these types who demand harsh lockdowns, and then ignore the advice that gets enforced on entire populations.

I never said covid isn't real. It's just nowhere near as bad as it's made out. 95% of people who get it either have no symptoms or very mild cold-like symptoms. The deaths are grossly exaggerated, average age of death is 86. It is likely more people have died of starvation due to the lockdowns than covid itself.

I’m supposed to be going to the Gold Coast on the 21st for 5 nights. I can see this not happening as half of Brisbane got up and left for the Sunshine and Gold Coast before the 6pm lockdown yesterday. They’ll probably spread this fake zombie apocalypse there as well. Or maybe it was clever ploy by Palestine to fill holiday destinations on the Coast.
I live in Toowoomba and my daughter was supposed to be training for cricket in Brissy last night and playing two T20’s tomorrow. This cancellation and the rain washouts before Christmas of two easy games has cost them of any chance of making the semifinal.
