I saw a good one somewhere about how how food rationing will be coming this year, but it will be called pandemic food management. Then you will see virtue signalling all over social media with people gloating their minimalist meals, and anyone who eats more than their share will be labelled a selfish granny killer
'I saw a good one'? Where did you get this shit from? Alex Jones? The f*ckwit that called the Sandy Hook massacre a hoax, until he was sued and forced to pay $100,000, and then quickly backtracked and apologised.

I hope you don't live in a bushfire zone, because your straw-man factory will be a major hazard.

A window into the mids of the collective sheep. 1 year into this, still haven't figured it out, nor are they close to. Alarming how stupid people are

To be fair that is a loaded question.
There should been a disclaimer before it that hard borders and lockdowns will not achieve total elimination.

Id imagine the next poll would be

Whats the best way to deal with world starvation?

- Ignore it because it doesnt affect me
- Ignore it because I dont give a crap

Mark McGowan advocating Sydney needs to go into a hard lockdown, apparently so Australia can "rest alot easier"

NSW records three new COVID-19 cases, Gladys Berejiklian urged to eliminate the virus from Sydney - ABC News

Presides over the state with the highest meth use in Australia but 3 NSW illnesses is what he is worried about?

I believe we call this the attacking of the low hanging fruit

Its pretty easy to look successful when you proclaim to successfully solve a problem that doesnt exist. If only he actually tackled and tried to fix the real problems, then I wonder how he would look

Let's look at what this stupid traffic light system really is here in Victoria....................................

A deterrent to Victorians to travel.

International tennis players coming from red zones are going to be given the red carpet treatment but Australians now need to apply for permission to travel into a state inside their own damn country.

I’m loving the no illness but let’s treat it like there was pphilosophy in Queensland. Zero cases but still have to wear masks. Bit like

”We have done all the tests and it turns out you do not have leukaemia, however you could have it eventually so I’ve prescribed you 3 courses of harsh chemotherapy just in case, it starts tomorrow“

One year ago it was flatten the curve now it's elimination.

Sif, malaria is a actual problem

Mark will move on to his next problem. He will solve the camel flu or MERS. Word is he will ban all people who have ever been within the same continent as a camel from travelling to Perth, he will also cull all camels, as well as Horses. The horses do not have any ability to get or pass on the virus but it could in the future so it’s best to shoot them all just to be safe

The government only wants what wins them votes. Right now, lockdowns are popular as the sheep feel 'safe' doing that. What happens when jobkeeper ends and banks want their money again? Less and less people will be in favour of locking down and the government will use them less often.
Hmm I dunno about that. We'll revisit this prediction in six or so months.

The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization warned of global food shortages caused by measures to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus.

“The worst that can happen is that governments restrict the flow of food,” Maximo Torero, chief economist of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, told the Guardian.

“Unless immediate action is taken, it is increasingly clear that there is an impending global food emergency that could have long-term impacts on hundreds of millions of children and adults,” he said. “We need to act now to avoid the worst impacts of our efforts to control the pandemic.”

BBC now debunking the empty hospital theory :straining: .

They're mostly filmed by individuals walking through quiet hospital corridors and are being posted in Facebook groups and on the Twitter feeds of coronavirus sceptics and anti-lockdown activists.

Overrun, But they have a quiet part of the hospital aye .

However, because of the way healthcare trusts have reorganised hospitals, often separating Covid patients from others, and cancelling non-urgent care to free up capacity, some parts of hospital buildings will currently look empty. That doesn't mean hospitals aren't busy.

I thought that those area's were freed up to bring in the extra covid patients to cope with the overflow.
