You would think it would be the revised pcr testing numbers. Interesting considering these significant drops don’t discriminate between summer and winter climates.Posted this on the tigs board and will post here, this so called UK strain IMO is weak as piss, either that or the reduced cycles in the pcr test are really showing now.
These are the 7 day moving daily case averages for January 9 and February 9, all you have heard is that the UK and SA strain is more contagious than the original. Really don't know how anyone can come to that conclusion based on these numbers other than it's political crap to keep you scared. Numbers don't back up the hysterics.
January 9:
UK: 59,660
USA: 249,619
Sth Afr: 17,898
Worldwide: 726,236
February 9:
UK: 17,075 ( 349% drop)
USA: 108,254 ( 230% drop )
Sth Afr: 2,899 ( 617% drop )
Worldwide: 429,488 ( 169% drop )
