Pfizer asked the Govt of Argentina to be compensated for the cost of any future civil lawsuits.

If someone files a civil lawsuit against Pfizer in Argentina and wins that case, the government of Argentina and not Pfizer would pay the compensation.

So, Argentina’s parliament passed a new law in October 2020, but Pfizer was unhappy with its phrasing.

The law said Pfizer needs to at least pay for negligence, for its own mistakes if it happens to make any in the future.

Pfizer rejected this, after which Argentina offered to amend the law to define negligence more clearly – to include only vaccine distribution and delivery under negligence.

Pfizer was still not happy and demanded the law be amended through a new decree, which Argentina refused.

Pfizer then asked Argentina to buy an international insurance to pay for potential future cases against Pfizer, to which the country agreed.

But that was not enough, in December 2020, Pfizer again came back with more demands.

And this time Pfizer demanded Argentina’s sovereign assets as collateral.

Pfizer demanded that Argentina put its bank reserves, military bases and embassy buildings at stake.

Argentina did not agree with Pfizer’s demands.

Another country Pfizer made such bizarre demands is with Brazil.

Pfizer told the Govt of Brazil to create a guarantee fund, and deposit money in a foreign bank account.

On January 23, 2021 – Brazil’s Health Ministry put out a statement citing excerpts from Pfizer’s pre-contract clauses.

Here’s a list of Pfizer’s demands:

• Brazil waives the sovereignty of its assets abroad in favour of Pfizer,
• that the rules of the land – be not applied on Pfizer,
• that Brazil take into consideration a delay in delivery,
• that Pfizer is not penalised for a delayed delivery, and
• that in case of any side effects, Pfizer be exempted from all civil liability.

The government of Brazil calls these clauses abusive. The Pfizer deal with Brazil failed too.

The wash up arrived with the official causes of deaths in Australia that I posted a few days ago.

There was no significantly higher risk in age groups and in fact 2000 less died from flu, pneumonia and COVID, compared to flu and pneumonia of the last five years. All the COVID deaths had significant co morbidities.

It's not novel. It is close enough to those other 6 corona viruses for over 60% (one study said 80%) of people to have immunity without being challenged, or exposed to, SARS CoV 2

HCQ, IVM +Zn has not been discredited by medical professions. In fact Drs in Queensland were using HCQ in February and March on themselves and family as a preventative and then were banned and threatened with fines for using it. It's the Health Departments or TGA that have recommended using it when Drs have made written submission with evidence asking why it's not recommended. I published the questions they want answered.

TGA have been accessed for many years of having too closer ties to Pharmaceutical companies when approving or not recommending therapeutics.

Professor Clancy suggests that the close relationship between the big pharmaceutical companies and CHO or Health department, is the reason why HCQ and IVM are not recommended.

None of this is because it's discredited, or because medial professionals don't want it, the opposite is true.

Rumour mill has it that Melbourne/Victoria may go into a seriously harsh lockdown sometime in March, and supermarkets etc may want background checks of some sort to let customers in. The last part I don't see happening (yet) but who knows. Rumours are rampant right now.

The precedent has been set that we need very few cases to justify a lock down and telling everyone it's a wicked, evil and super fast spreading virus is enough for the sheep to accept it.

Jobkeeper ends at the end of March. I will be very interested if Dan is game to keep the lock downs going when there is no more financial relief.

Also, he must have more lock downs planned as that is what the extension of SOE is needed for.

“The State Department never agreed to this kind of testing and protested directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs when we learned that some staff were subject to it,” a State Department spokesperson told VICE World News on Wednesday.

The spokesperson said Beijing had assured Washington that the test was given “in error” and that diplomatic personnel were exempt from the test, which was mandatory for incoming travelers in some parts of China.

Reuters obtained a passive confirmation from the State Department in an email that said the department was “committed to guaranteeing the safety and security of American diplomats and their families, while preserving their dignity.”

The Washington Post reported on February 17, that some U.S. personnel stationed in China “have complained about being subjected to anal swab tests for the coronavirus by Chinese authorities, said U.S. officials.” A State Department official said all “reasonable options” were being evaluated to preserve the “dignity” of U.S. officials “consistent with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.”
