It's mRNA isn't it? I'll have to look it up again. Been a while since reading about it.
But yeah, I agree with what you have said. I didn't use the best examples perhaps, but there has definitely hyperbole in this thread as well.
mRNA alters how your DNA reacts as opposed to the DNA itself.
Its a bit like me punching you in the face and saying your platelets should have stopped you from bruising and my fist isnt the cause. I think its a bit of word gymnastics with how they are explaining it to get to a answer they want people to hear
