I had a sore throat and runny nose over the weekend, got a test today, you telling me I have Covid. To be confirmed in 24-48hours.
As a non Dr its not my place to hand out medical advice but if you ask some of the other non Drs in here they will probably recommend you take some malaria tablets washed down with some bleach

Theyd probably tell him to just rest and let his immune system to take care of it, less he is a overweight fat unhealthy sack, then id rush him to hospital since he has no immune system

No it's not, Where have you seen a ATM with technology of this kind ?.

Some banks have already mentioned, If you're not up to date with vaccinations, You would be allowed to access your money.

I know it sounds far fetched, But we're heading towards a cashless society & a social credit scoring system, So our behaviour will depend on what the government allows us to access. If we don't comply with what they tell us, They'll simply cut off whoever doesn't follow the rules .
How is it far fetched? Social credit schemes already exist. 730 report did a story on it 3 years a go. It is fact. China (not suggesting they released it even if there was anything) have used facial recognition and purchasing patterns to track and score citizens. That is fact.
Stasi Germany had a whole records department to monitor citizen activity.
Russia and the Bolsheviks etc
Even the USA with their anti terror protocols and detain without charge or warrant.Or Guantanamo Bay anyone???
Australia even has ACCC laws. Or anti consorting laws.
Government overreach happens. It is real.
Why everyone is so naive to believe it can't happen to them and believes the mental gymnastics required to justify these measures in response to a influenza type virus has me stuffed. It really does.

Lucky if they'll even tell you that. Most just dismiss anyone as grandstanding.
Yet mention covid bio suits will be out and every test ordered under the sun.
I have no doubt people are exploiting this as a result.
Legitimate excuse for a sickie
2 weeks @ home
Get those ailments tested and treated.
Granted there were a lot of shit things going on 2019. Bit as with most things humans do we go way too far the other way.
Just enjoy your own lives
If idiots want to grandstand or have a superioty complex let them yell at the sky.

Well said mate.

Sadly, Many people will choose to believe this won't happen in Australia.

So many people are truly unaware of what's on the horizon & still believe all of these measure's in place are only temporary for our safety until the danger is gone.

Except you don’t believe it - given your emphatic thoughts on the benign nature of COVID.

So give me something you actually believe.
I believe lockdowns work. They just need to be implemented quickly and done properly, which didn't happen, except perhaps in a few asian countries.

If you are after something juicier, i don't think the covid vaccines are being used to sterilise/kill people. Not that it isn't possible, it happened with hpv vaccines in india fairly recently.

Yet you want all to get an experimental vaccine, which has no characteristics of the definition of vaccine.

Here is the quote you are referring to:

“please mate stop with hyperbole even HCQ and Ivermectin have contraindications and side effects.
So you are now going to far. - there is no drug that’s 100% safe”

So just more fabrication or your part - that quote is a fact - there is nothing false or disingenuous about it. And I’ve made that statement even though I support both drugs - because it’s is the truth.
Re Vaccines I have held to account posters lying about permanent genetic changes with mRNA Vaccine - they offer no credible evidence, or offer evidence they have misinterpreted as relevant. Either way their lies have been exposed.
It’s is exactly because people have concerns about the Vaccines that compels me to counter the misinformation. Just like today with the NEJM, choosing to highlight a stat out of context and ignoring the most salient point, that the authors concluded the Vaccine was safe based on the data reviewed. And Saturday with the bogus conclusion with the graphs.

My MO is to hold the liars and purveyors of misinformation to account - nothing more nothing less.

But I do agree with you on one issue - we are definitely not equals, and I’m glad you have conceded that fact.

Talk about tone deaf.

BluE - These are experimental vaccines that may have these xxxx side effects
NoSPin - There is no drug 100% safe

Let me help you understand as you appear to not apprehend your own post:

Churchill - Adolf, your jewish concentration camps are an inhumane loss of life
Adolf - There is no prison 100% safe

I believe lockdowns work.
Of course they work in slowing the spread of a virus. There isnt a single person in this thread who would say otherwise. What anyone with half a brain realises is the negatives (of which there are many) outweigh the positive (singular. Slowing covid)...

Dole bludgers and losers love them though. They dont have to do anything, and have nothing to lose. "Yay lockdowns, someone else will pay my way!!" they say

That's correct, pharma companies immune from prosecution, now doctors and full circle your scomo says i don't hold the needle.

Fills me with more confidence not to get the jab.
Its going to be difficult to get enough people jabbed up to get herd immunity because of fear of the jab, no fear of the ronna because we eliminated it with lockdowns masks and social distancing,or not liking the inferior brand of jab on offer for over 50s,or wait and see then add troofers .

It will either need a 3rd wave or a vax passport that reduces peoples liberties to get enough vaxed

Its a Catch 22 for the soveriegn citizens

Lots of people liked WFH and wish to continue it gave them a better work life balance lots of people who could work from home moved to the regions to improve their lifestyles.
Lots of people got fitter improved their skill set ....then there were people who just whined and could see no good in it like you

so my genius friend - you are right all drugs and Vaccines have side effects.

But BluE’s insistence that permanent genetic changes occur with mRNA was debunked - you can thank me later.

So now you don’t have to worry that you’ll wake after the jab with a third nostril.

Doesnt help hypocrites like you havent booked in for their jab and "want to see what happens to others" before getting it themselves...

I like WFH, i dont expect the world to shut down and business to collapse to suit my agenda and fear

You could book a vaccine appointment. You wont though as you want to see side effects in others (your words). Youre a parasite

A lot of people can't see a situation outside of their own prism. Management and skilled white-collar jobs can be done with WFH or remotely; semi-skilled and unskilled jobs can't, which are also the lowest paid with low security - the people in these jobs have been thrown under the bus by lockdowns.

Add in owners of small businesses deemed 'non-essential' (hint: when it's your livelihood it is essential to you). I've yet to meet a lockdown supporter either on BF or in real life who has lost their job or had their business shut; the loudest supporters have the skilled jobs I mentioned before, often paid from the public purse. They have no idea how other people live.

There's an argument to be made that public service, public health, police, pensioners etc should have their pay frozen for a long time given how they have been both secure but also paid throughout lockdowns where people who work either casual or for themselves/commission have had to eat thoughts and prayers and suck it up.

Especially young people. They face very little threat from the virus directly, they wear the same public cost as everyone else, carry a much higher percentage of insecure work and almost all of them aren't on a pension or carrying a bulk of wealth in their super funds.

Yet those that do are the ones who face the biggest threat from the virus, they are the ones being most taken care of in lockdowns. They are the ones who can most afford to put their hand in their pocket to pay for it.

It won't surprise me to read the audit after this is all done showing young people having the most breakups, lost jobs, lost homes, lost lives to suicide and the longest running burden of the cost.
