I'm still yet to see a shred of evidence supporting the view that the Sinovac trial caused the Manaus mutation. There's no evidence of any mutations caused by it in China, or any other country it's being rolled out in.

I think you've backed the wrong horse here.

What we know though, is that given the opportunity to do so, viruses will mutate. The more hosts, the more chances of mutating. By November, Brazil had ~ 5.5 million cases of coronavirus, that's a lot of hosts. Manaus had ~ 76% of the population infected. So again, a lot of hosts, a lot of opportunities to mutate.

There is no evidence of a pandemic and has nt been one for almost a 100 years.
We are to believe that both influenza and pneumonia have been all but cured.

Local GPs are spilling their vaccines down the sink and refilling the bottles with Saline. And still the vaccination deployment is marred by hesitancy.

The Victorian Government has proposed the return of international students, all but admitting there is no pandemic.

Whilst a significant number of the population, media and authority figures remain convinced there was and is a pandemic and fixate over vaccinations, the country like much of the world is in an inescapable mental trap of its own design.

Problem is that now that JobKeeper has stopped - the last payment made on the 7th of April - many businesses are facing reality. Landlords will evict, banks foreclose, shop fronts boarded.

Across the country, there are insufficient workers, grapes go unpicked, ore un-mined, beer un-poured. While the pandemic fantasy persists we can't bring in students, tourists, migrants or working visas. The only conceivable solution is to offer tax free income to welfare and pension recipients. Or, we face considerable wage increases as employers compete for a scarce number of workers, leading inevitably to an uptick in inflation. Or, our governments release another campaign of helicopter money.

Really, this is all just great and we should be happy to be living in such amazing times where nothing in the world makes any sense and perhaps sense has been over-rated. At any rate, my love to all of you and don't forget if all else fails, you can cut off your dick or your breasts and change gender.

For months at the start of all this it was called novel coronavirus in the media, and that no one had any immunity to it. This was all over the media, I'm surprised you don't remember this.

I remember another Coronaviruses similar to SARS, so only novel in the sense of less immunity, which is no different to the changing “novel” FLU viruses each year.
