I don’t get the phrase vaccine hesitancy.

Hesitancy implies some level of indecision and not being sure. Will I, won’t I, etc. Most people are very sure they don’t want it.

That’s making a decision not to get the jab. It’s not being hesitant about getting it.

A vegan isn’t hesitant about eating meat. They just decide not to.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure 28 patients that supposedidly had viral load measured with PCR tests can give any reliable results.

Yeah, to me it sounds like a bunch of silly ditherers. They don't want to admit that the people that are not getting it are quite decided on the issue. Most people I know are going to get it or they are not. The only ones who are wavering are the ones that don't want to get it but are feeling pressured into it.

There's three main tests they can use faik, PCR is one of them and in laymans terms it counts how many times the virus has replicated. How many particles of the virus genetic material is present.

There's a lot of studies been done on the role viral load plays in diganosis and the management of treatment, not as much on covid yet because it's so new.

After an individual is first infected with COVID-19, the virus starts replicating inside cells and then infects more cells. Viral load is a measure of the total number of viral particles inside the individual. The more replications that have occurred, the higher the viral load.

I was being ironic.
Saying vaccines work is like saying air travel works. Sure but it needs to be developed tested and implemented. Not every idea works. Covid vaccines are early days.
Also it's not like a matter of whipping up an omelette. You can have the recipe but you need the people equipment and materials to churn them out. Not every country is capable of manufacturing them for example
I find it surprising so many doses are being made already. Its not only a matter of finding a safe and effective medicine they are very difficult to produce. Not like there is this material laying around.

The saddest part of today is the sheer joy and hope people have for this lockdown. They are genuinely excited that it’s happening and actually view this as a positive in there lives.
