Why not, this country is not going to move forward so who the hell cares, every outbreak will have the governments shitting bricks and locking down, they are going to be jumping at shadows forever, when will enough be enough or are you going to be happy to be locked down every couple of months for the rest of your life and have to give reasons why you left your premises.

All this lockdown is doing is pausing the next outbreak, gotta let people back out and guess what will happen, yep shops will open and the people will flock back in their millions to get christmas shopping done just in case there is no chance in november/december.

I have friends who are staunch liberal party supporters who will pot andrews at any stage (even pre covid). Fair enough now during covid though.

It sits at the end of the Hume Highway (just before the start of the Freeway to Victoria) near Camden Valley Way and the entrance to the M7

The numbers are quite small in perspective. Even in the USA by averages you know one person who tested positive for every hundred people you know. 2,500 people to know one person who passed away.

It's at about 10x the number of people who pass away from AIDS per year in the USA. None of it is nice numbers, but I wouldn't have thought the deaths were only 10x AIDS, between two to three times the number of total drug overdose deaths per year.

The numbers are big, but so is the number of people, so perspective.

Australia is so far away from a covid-19 problem at the moment.

The rules are nonsensical. Can catch a bus with 50 strangers but can't have 4 people you know (and thus know don't have it) at your house.

We don't have any rules to break here now thankfully but I don't blame people not following nonsensical BS tbh.

As I said, cases are going to pop up for a very long time. You're happy with lockdowns into next year? Year after? All because they said a few people have it?
