People can be vaccinated but be against the mandates, I know around 30 family and close friends who have been vaccinated and all but a few think the compulsory nature of it is not on, also a fair portion of them think the level of measures taken eg. lockdowns/border closures/mask mandates/vaccine or bust methods were over the top, there is nuance in many topics. The protection from infection is about 70 percent at best in the early weeks post 2nd jab, and rapidly declines over the next 24 weeks to zero.

Of course over that time period it also provides a roughly 95 percent reduction in critical or fatal COVID as well.

This has been conceded and acknowledged by everyone from BlueE to myself for weeks now.

You are now conceding that the vaxx doesn't stop you from catching it and spreading it and it's just become a matter of degrees. There now seems to be a focus more on what is happening with our hospitals rather than covid deaths. Even in Perth with no covid, we are experiencing hospitals being overwhelmed by something mysterious because they can't put their finger on it.

You want to piss fart around demanding research, peer reviewed research etc, proof of numbers. Show me the research that can show how many lives have been saved by taking the vaxx. There can't be any. How could they know whether the person who took the vaxx would live or die without it. They wouldn't.

The death by covid rate has remained pretty steady since pre vaxx. What is it? Still around 99% survival rate. You can give a person a vaxx and say look they lived, but it isn't proving the vaxx was the thing, because you can't prove they would have died without it.

7,900,000,000 Population
790,000,000 - 10% of Population
79,000,000 - is 1%
7,900,000 - is 0.1%

5,000,000 is 0.06667% but this is for over 20 months not 12. So 0.667 x (12/20) = 0.04%
I hope I have this right: Covid has a global annual fatality rate of 0.04%

Obviously you can't unless we invent a way to travel between parallel universes (!!!), so you need trials with large sample sizes.

The smaller the probability of an event, the larger the sample sizes you need. Which is why it's crazy when people say "The probability of dying from the vaccine is one in a million" - you'd want sample sizes >10 million to figure that out. The Pfizer trials had just over 21,000 per group
