Just goes to show that the main danger to footballers from transmission is outside the game when they are outside the bubble. They should be able to rid themselves of the virus before Sep 12.

IIRC Ajax had up to 13 players that had COVID with them having a long time away from the club due to the season being finished up early.

Probably but once you make one exception you have to do it for all and the season will never get completed.

This wont be an issue once all the squads are back together and staying in their bubble although international breaks are a concern where players are outside the control of their clubs and travelling.
