You don't require criminal background checks to enter a cafe.

You may need to demonstrate your vaccination status.

If I am vaccinated and go to a venue after all this I want the operators to protect me by vaccinating staff and checking other patrons are vaccinated. Red herrings don’t change the way a virus works, or the safest way to transition to something more like regular life used to be.

I’m glad. But I just think it’s absurd comparison and this is coming from someone who has been victim to sex offenders. If you are on the sex offender registry you have orders to you aren’t allowed to go near places, can’t leave the state w/o an application and monitoring by the officers. Where as a vaccine passport is literally just to show you have been vaccinated, it’s not a mandatory vaccine so if you don’t choose to get it then be prepared to get some privileges taken away
