I’ve had two doses of Pfizer, as has my wife. First was fine. 2nd we both felt like we had flu symptoms for about 2 days. Nothing too bad and we just took Nurofen which brought us back to feeling fine during that time.

Just noted the word "Nurofen" and remembered I read an article last year about the warning not to take blood thinning pain killer like Nurofen if you are infected with Covid.
I am not sure whether it also applies to people who feel unwell after taking the vaccine as I am not a health professional nor you are infected.

I am not sure whether it also applies to people who feel unwell after taking the vaccine as I am not a health professional nor you are infected.

On the info sheet you are given when vaccinated it says to take panadol or nurofen if required afterwards.

I got on AZ early as I am being treated for an issue (all good). I have no side effects afer 2 jabs and must say i am on a bunch of other things at the moment - all cool through the GP clinic and consulting specialist.

Thousands of children have died from the gamma variant in brazil this year.

we are lucky in australia that we have had the time afforded to us by the successful policy of elimination, to not have to be forced to take whatever vaccine comes first. To be able to sit back and let things unfold a bit and adjust accordingly.
